theta Labs respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it. It reflects the site as it is today — a marketing and product-catalog site — and will be updated as we add accounts and online ordering.

We collect only what we need to answer you and run the site. That means information you choose to give us — your name, email address, company, and whatever you write — when you email us or submit a request. If and when you contact us, we keep that correspondence so we can follow up.
Our servers may record standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and reliability. We do not run third-party advertising or cross-site tracking, and the site sets no non-essential cookies.
Cookies and local storage
The site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Your display preference (light or dark mode) is saved in your browser’s local storage on your own device; it is never transmitted to us. Clearing your browser storage removes it.
How we use your information
We use the information you give us to respond to inquiries and quote requests, to provide and improve the site and our products, and to communicate with you about matters you have raised with us. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate — for example, an email provider used to receive and answer your messages — and only as needed for them to perform that work. We may also disclose information where required by law.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we hold. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Future features
This site will grow to include customer accounts, online ordering, and order tracking. Those features involve additional data (such as account credentials, orders, and payment processing handled by our payment provider). We will update this policy before those features launch to describe exactly what is collected and how it is protected.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be made clear on this page.
